Day 4
"Any last words?"
Marth's eyes lit up.
Literally.
"WE WILL BE FREE AGAIN! VIVA ARCADIA!"
Kime had already suffered a fatal aneurysm by the time his allies had overpowered the psionor.

Ledifni knew it was already too late.
He felt a monstrous presence in his mind... a small sun, a sphere of expanding pain that ablated his resolve. He fired to the end, but his attack was ineffectual. Beaten and shot and psionically attacked, Officer Ledifni's pistol spat defiance until the end. But it made no differnce. With that last shot, he died.
A small cheer went up from the squad responsible.
And with that last shot, that last stand against insurmountable odds... something snapped. An observed recalled many years of successful service alongside Ledifni. Working with him when he was a lowly Cadet. Watching him advance in the ranks over the decades.
And that something recalled that... it was angry. Yes. That was the term. Angry.
Incandescently furious.
Flame gushing from exhaust ports, a voice ripped straight from the nightmares of a nightmare's nightmare advanced out of the dark and towards the celebrating masses...
"You. Killed. My partner."

"Deputy Hart?"
"Yes sir?"
"Find some way to fix this. Now."
"Uh... yes, sir."

Malkor, part of Beta Team, ambushed
kuhlmeye, a Supervisor, thrown into the path of a marksman's shot
Trust, a Doctor, telekinetically bludgeoned
LemmingHead, a Medic, gunned down
Infidel, the Enforcer Officer, weakened and mobbed
Marth, the Arcadian Telepath, suicide to avoid [CLASSIFIED]
